Clay Kaytis - Strange Sort of Love Letter

Read a great post on theanimatorlettersproject.com  entitled "Strange Sort of Love Letter" from Clay Kaytis that I had to share. He talks about finding his way in terms of process, and gives his guide to animating a hand-drawn scene, which I felt was hugely inspiring and found his thoughts/processes something that could easily be transferable for a 3D Character Animator starting out, like myself. Great stuff. Let me know what you think.
